Who They Are

Sea Captain
Viola’s wingman — gets her safely to shore, then vanishes like that random DJ on a mixtape.

Olivia
Grieving noblewoman turned rom-com starlet. Her vibe? Madonna in lace gloves — mourning veil swapped for neon spotlight when love hits.

Maria (Olivia’s gentlewoman)
Sharp-tongued, quick-witted, the ultimate backstage manager with a glitter pen. Think Molly Ringwald but sassier.

Sir Toby Belch
Olivia’s party-animal uncle. Beer belly, band tee, and permanent karaoke mic in hand. A walking 80s house party.

Feste (the Clown)
Wise fool, stand-up comic, synth keyboard philosopher. He’s the MTV-style VJ who tells the truth between music videos.

Sir Andrew Aguecheek
Sir Toby’s sidekick: big hair, small brain, lots of synth. Totally that guy who tries breakdancing but slips on the cardboard.

Malvolio (Olivia’s steward)
Rule-enforcer, mood-killer, would totally call the cops on your garage band. Until… yellow stockings and cross-garters turn him into a glam-rock cautionary tale.

Antonio
Sea captain turned action hero — bandana, leather jacket, and loyal to Sebastian.

Sebastian
Viola’s lost twin, mistaken for her all over Illyria. The 80s trope of “double trouble” in full effect.
